		<description>I think the shortage is over in most states. But there is always a pharmacist position if you are willing to relocate. Certain states like, Texas,California consisently have 300 to 500 openings due to the large population of these states. Tennessee has a big demand for Pharmacist shortage also. However, I believe in 10 years, there will be a huge Pharmacist shortage, due to the baby boomer Pharmacist, which represents the largest population of Pharmacist, will begin to retire, or die. Most of the most desirable cities to live are pretty much saturated, unless its Texas or California, so if a candidate can relocate, there is no need to worry, you may be in a slow boring place, but you will be employed.</description>
